How to Return
- Email us at support@snapsealpro.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll send you a prepaid USPS return label within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any USPS location.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for funds to appear after we process the refund, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@snapsealpro.com with your order number and a photo. We will ship a replacement within 1–2 business days at no cost to you — no return required.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.
